Alienation Fort Friday May 12th saw Alienation added to its portfolio of products with the official launch of Alienation Fort in Fife after a successful eight month trial of the product by Fife Council’s Fife Rights Forum.
Alienation Fort is a secure online referral system that allows organisations such as advice & rights agencies to refer clients to the appropriate organisation within the network, track the referral through to its resolution or closure and report on aspects of the network. In Fife the Alienation Fort system is supported by a web-based service directory (with details of over 230 Fife-based advice agencies) and a commitment by agencies to find the most appropriate service for a client, badged under the Fife Advice Promise: "If we can't help you, we'll find someone who can". The system allows a client to be referred from one advice agency (statutory or voluntary) to any other advice agency. Any agency (voluntary or statutory) can sign up to use the system (all they require is web access and email) and can start accepting and making referrals after some basic training. Since the launch of Fort, Argyll & Bute Advice Network have come on board and are currently in the process of establishing Fort across their advice network. If you haven't seen the new system, or are interested in upgrading, now is the time to do it. A new licence option is available that means you can benefit from all future upgrades and enhancements. As new features are developed, licence holders would receive access as they are rolled out. Our content management system has come along way since it was developed for one of our first clients. If you want to know more about the latest features, see screenshots of the system or arrange a demo, why not visit http://www.alienationpublish.co.uk for more information.
