We have just received the fantastic news that Fife Council's Fife Rights Forum have been named as one of the 3 finalists in 'One to Watch' category of the COSLA Excellence Awards 2007.
Fife Rights Forum have been shortlisted in this category because of the Online Referral Tracking (Alienation FORT) system which was designed and developed in partnership with Alienation Design.
The system potentially allows all the advice and rights agencies (currently 230) in Fife to be able to refer clients to the appropriate organisation within the network, track the referral through to its resolution or closure and report on aspects of the network.
Alienation FORT is also currently being deployed across the Argyll & Bute Advice Network where it is sure to have the same impact as in Fife.
